Welcome to Titan Scholar. By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, joining webinars, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Titan Scholar (“we”, “our”, “us”) services, you agree that:

• You are at least 16 years old.

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

• You consent to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using our services.

2. Services We Provide

Titan Scholar offers:

• IELTS coaching (live classes & recorded sessions)

• Study materials, eBooks, assignments, mock tests

• 7-Day FastTrack programs

• Skill-specific training (Writing Accelerator, Speaking sessions, etc.)

• ₹199 Masterclass and premium courses

• WhatsApp/Email support

Service descriptions, features, and pricing may change at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information while signing up

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Use our materials only for personal learning

• Not share recordings, PDFs, or paid content publicly or privately

Any misuse may result in suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials—including:

• Videos

• PDFs

• Worksheets

• Writing templates

• Question banks

• Portal content

• Website text & images

…are the intellectual property of Titan Scholar.

You cannot copy, distribute, resell, or upload them anywhere.
Legal action may be taken for copyright violations.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices listed are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal.

• Titan Scholar does not store card/bank details.

• Prices may change during promotional events.

Once payment is completed, access details are emailed/WhatsApp’d automatically.

6. Course Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated:

• ₹199 Masterclass access: Up to 7 days (recording)

• FastTrack Courses: 30–60 days

• Full IELTS Courses: 90–180 days

• PDFs/eBooks: Lifetime access after download

Access may vary based on product purchased.

7. Live Class Rules

Students must:

• Join with a stable internet connection

• Avoid sharing meeting links with others

• Not disrupt sessions

Repeated violations may lead to removal from the program.

8. Results Disclaimer

Titan Scholar helps students improve IELTS skills, but we do not guarantee a specific band score.
Your results depend on:

• Practice

• Attendance

• Consistency

• Language skills

• Exam-day performance

No institute can guarantee a fixed score, admission, or visa approval.

9. Communication Consent

By joining Titan Scholar:

• You agree to receive emails, WhatsApp messages, and SMS updates

• You can opt out anytime by contacting support

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS portals, emails, payment gateways).
We are not responsible for:

• Their downtime

• Data breaches

• Technical issues

However, we choose reputable and secure partners.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• You share paid content illegally

• You abuse support staff or trainers

• Payment disputes/chargebacks occur

No refunds apply for terminated accounts due to violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Titan Scholar is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Internet issues during classes

• Exam changes by IELTS organizations

• Third-party software failures

• Technical glitches

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the student.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your State], India.

14. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. General Refund Rules

Titan Scholar offers digital educational services, so refunds are limited.
Refunds are NOT applicable for:

• ₹199 Masterclass

• eBooks / PDFs

• FastTrack courses

• Portal access

• Students who received recordings/materials

• Students who missed classes due to personal reasons

B. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are provided only if:

• Payment was deducted twice (duplicate transaction)

• Technical issues prevented access and were not resolved within 72 hours

• A wrong product was delivered due to a Titan Scholar system error

In all other cases, all sales are final.

C. Refund Window

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

D. Cancellation

Courses cannot be cancelled after:

• Access is granted

• Materials/recordings are shared

E. How to Request a Refund

Include:

• Name

• Phone

• Transaction ID

• Screenshot of payment

• Reason for refund request

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 working days.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions.
The updated date will always be visible at the top.
